“King owns all land. King rules all men. But the work of his many servants, is but uneven. Me, the only capable one, have to bear a heavier burden.” This is a quote from The Classic of Poetry that expresses the dignity of an emperor. As the first emperor who named himself “emperor,” Qin Shi Huang’s life was full of bruises and wounds but also with glory and honor. According to the deeds he made, some of them are famed to be prominent, but some of them are infamous. Nowadays, scholars are still arguing about whether he should be considered as good or bad. Even though Qin Shi Huang is sometimes degraded, no one can eliminate his achievements due to the resplendence of his Qin Dynasty.
